By using EdgeFinder ("the app") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What EdgeFinder is

EdgeFinder is a research and analytics tool that aggregates publicly available betting-market odds, computes de-vigged fair-value estimates, and highlights potential value. It is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not process payments. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, betting, or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age for sports-betting activity in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to use such a tool where you are located.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your jurisdiction. Availability of features (including any exchange connectivity) may be restricted by location.

3. No guarantee of results

Positive expected value does not guarantee winning outcomes. Edges are small, variance is large, models can be wrong, and upstream data can be delayed or inaccurate. You assume all risk. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose.

4. Exchange connectivity & real-money risk

If you connect a Kalshi account, any trades you authorize are real financial transactions placed on a third-party, CFTC-regulated exchange, subject to Kalshi's own terms. You can lose money. The legal status of sports-related event contracts is unsettled and varies by state and is the subject of active litigation. You are solely responsible for determining whether such trading is lawful where you are, and for all resulting gains, losses, taxes, and fees. Automated ("auto-trader") functionality acts only on parameters you set and defaults to dry-run; you must explicitly enable live trading and acknowledge the risk of loss.

5. Responsible use

If gambling stops being fun or feels out of control, help is available 24/7 from the National Problem Gambling Helpline: call or text 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738) or chat at ncpgambling.org/chat. The app provides optional self-exclusion and cool-off controls; use them.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the app where it is prohibited by law.
• Do not attempt to breach security, scrape at abusive rates, or circumvent access controls or location restrictions.
• Do not use the app if you are below the required age.

7. Intellectual property

The app and its content are owned by EdgeFinder. Odds and market data belong to their respective providers.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeFinder is not liable for any losses (including betting or trading losses), damages, or claims arising from your use of the app.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
