EdgeFinder exists to help you make more informed decisions — never to push you to bet more. Betting should stay entertainment you can afford, not a way to make money or chase losses. We are an analytics tool: we do not accept wagers or hold any of your money, and the decision to bet is always yours.

1. You must be of legal age

EdgeFinder is for adults only — 21 and older in the United States, and at least 18 only where the law permits. Never share the app with anyone underage, and always follow the age and location rules of any sportsbook you use.

2. Bet responsibly

• Only bet money you can afford to lose. Set a budget before you start and stick to it.
• Treat betting as entertainment, not income — even a positive-expected-value approach loses over stretches.
• Set time and deposit limits, and take regular breaks.
• Never bet to escape stress or to win back losses, don't bet under the influence, and don't borrow money to bet.

3. Warning signs of a problem

Consider taking a break or seeking help if you: bet more than you planned or can afford; chase losses; lie about or hide your betting; borrow money to bet; feel anxious, irritable, or preoccupied with betting; or let it affect your work, sleep, or relationships.

4. Where to get help

Most sportsbooks also offer built-in deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion tools — use them. Many U.S. states run their own self-exclusion programs and helplines; search "[your state] problem gambling help."

5. Take a break from EdgeFinder

To step away from EdgeFinder itself, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Self-exclusion.” When you do, we will:

• close your account and cancel your subscription so you are not charged again — and refund the unused portion of your current paid period on request;
• disconnect any linked Kalshi credentials, which immediately stops any automated trading;
• add your email to a permanent marketing-suppression list so we don't invite you back.

We process these requests within 3 business days. Fastest first step: if you've connected a Kalshi key, disconnect it yourself in the app right away — you don't need to wait for us. Anyone currently enrolled in a sportsbook or state self-exclusion program should not use EdgeFinder.

6. Our commitment

We show real, honest numbers — including losing stretches — and we never use "guaranteed," "lock," or "can't-lose" language, because no such bet exists.
